Agency resources include individuals supported and their personal network, staff, and Board of Directors, as well as our local community.  In addition to operating contracts through the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS), we partner with local public school systems offering students individualized programs that help them achieve the goals of their Individual Education Plan (IEP).

Successful fundraising efforts have also helped to enhance the effectiveness of our programs. The Arc Quinebaug Valley has always held the belief that true learning comes from being involved in the community.  The ability to build social relationships, to experience realistic life challenges and to be seen as a valued, contributing member of the community are all positive outcomes of our services.
